Two founders, one office, and a licence held by the company. No individual in Malaysia holds one.
The short answer
Migratesafe is run by its two founders, Elaine Sim and Daniel Ding. There are no other staff. The private employment agency licence JTKSWK0042-C/24 is held by Agensi Pekerjaan Migratesafe Sdn. Bhd. (1034872-A), the company, and not by either founder personally. No individual in Malaysia holds a personal JTKSWK licence, so nobody here is a "licensed consultant".
The founders
We haven’t published who covers which jurisdiction, because the honest answer is that it moves with the caseload. A published split that didn’t match how files are actually allocated would be worse than this gap.

What we hold ourselves to
- One of us owns your file. Every case belongs to a named founder. You are told which one at the start, and you deal with that person the whole way through. Nobody gets handed to a queue.
- Neither of us claims to be licensed. The JTKSWK licence belongs to the company. Neither founder holds a personal licence, and neither will ever tell you otherwise.
- You can escalate over our heads at any time. Take a complaint to JTKSWK, ILMU or the Immigration Department whenever you like. You don’t have to exhaust our internal process first, and we won’t ask you to.
