What we collect, and why
- What you send us. Name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry, via the enquiry form, email, WhatsApp or phone. We use these to reply and to assess your case.
- Case documents, if you engage us. Passports, qualifications, company records and the other documents an application requires. We use these solely to prepare and file that application.
- Server logs. Standard web server records, including IP address and request time, kept for security and diagnostics.
- No analytics. This site currently runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Who we share it with
Only where running your case requires it: the Malaysian and Sarawak immigration and labour authorities, the embassy or migrant workers office of the worker's home country, and medical screening and insurance providers where a permit requires them. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Browser storage is used only to remember interface preferences such as your chosen language. If analytics are added in future, this section and the list above will be updated before they go live.
Your rights under the PDPA

- Withdraw consent to further contact.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need in order to act for you or to meet a legal obligation.
