Secondly, prepare the following documents:
PASSPORT RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DOMESTIC HELPER:
Passport Renewal Application Letter from Employer
Helper Passport (original and copy)
Helper's Work Permit which is still valid (original and copy)
Employer Identification Card (original and copy)
Helper's Indonesian Identity Card (original and copy)
Helper's Bank Book or Proof of Salary Payments (original and copy)
Contract Of Employment ratified by the Malaysian Immigration Office along with Stamping (original and copy)
Proof of Helper's Salary Remittance to Indonesia (original and copy)
Photo Helper & Employer (passport size, white background, 2 copies each)
Policy Insurance (Domestic Maid Insurance Scheme or SKHPPA) that is still valid (original and copy)
If the employer does not come, he/she may give authority to the husband/wife, but must show proof that there is a family relationship, such as:
Authorisation Letter from Employer
Identification card of Authorised Persons (original and copy}
Marriage Certificate (original and copy)
Photo (passport size, white background, 2 copies)

Thirdly, attend the appointment with your helper.
Make sure you arrive early. The operating hours of the Indonesian Consulate is Monday to Friday, between 9am and 12pm, 2pm and 5pm. Your helper will need to attend for biometric purposes, and to be interviewed by the Consulate staff.
